POLICY

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

We craft every piece with precision and care, ensuring excellence in every detail. Should your purchase not meet your expectations, we will ensure that the matter is resolved.

RETURN OF ACCESSORIES (TIES, POCKET SQUARES, BELTS, ETC.)

We want you to be completely satisfied with your RSA accessories. If you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us at clothing@RSA.com within 30 days of receiving your item(s). Our customer service team will guide you through the return process and arrange for either:

  • A full refund, including return shipping costs, or
  • A replacement item at no additional charge

To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be in their original condition - unworn, unused, with all tags attached and in the original packaging. Please include your proof of purchase when returning items. After we receive your return, our team will inspect the item within 10 business days. If approved, we'll process your refund to the original payment method.

RETURN OF FABRICS, BESPOKE AND MADE-TO-MEASURE GARMENTS

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on any Bespoke or MTM garments, as they are custom made to your specifications. Cut length fabrics are also sized to your specifications and cannot be returned or refunded.

We pride ourselves on our craftsmanship and stand behind the quality of our products. However, if you have received a defective or incorrect garment, please contact us within 14 days of receipt at clothing@RSA.com or give us a call at 1-425-333-2759. We'll work with you to resolve the issue, whether through alterations or a complete remake, depending on the situation.

We offer an alterations allowance based on the product ordered. Our clothing team will review, assess the necessary alterations and communicate the applicable alterations allowance. This amount will be reimbursed in the form of store credit, upon presentation of a valid tailor’s receipt. RSA retains all rights and discretion to curtail abuse of this policy with user specific restrictions and penalties.

NON-REFURNABLE & NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Gift cards and personal styling services by their very nature are non-refundable. However, if for any reason you are unhappy with the services, please contact us at returns@RSA.com. Your satisfaction and feedback is important to us.
